Terms and Conditions
All initial orders placed with TMI will be on a certified C.O.D. basis. Trimex will accept Telecredit, cash, certified cheque, bank draft, money order, visa*, mastercard*, or telegraphic transfer. After the initial order, all orders will be on a regular C.O.D. basis pending approval of terms Personal cheques unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Terms will commence upon our receipt and approval of a fully completed TMI credit application. Credit information must be updated if any customer has not purchase from TMI for 1 year.

There is a $35.00 charge for each N.S.F. cheque. Any customer submitting a N.S.F. cheque will have their terms revoked and be asked to pay the outstanding balance of their account immediately.

Trimex reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit credit to any customer. Trimex reserves the right to refuse any orders or returns.

Shipping Policies
All shipments will be made by ground, freight collect, using the courier of our choice unless specified otherwise. Shipping on orders over $500.00 ($1,000.00 in Maritime Provinces and Territories) will be prepaid to your destination by the courier of our choice. The customer has the option of choosing it's own courier at time of order. All backorders over $100.00 are shipped prepaid by Trimex Marketing Inc.

Claims for loss, damage, short or mis-shipments must be presented to us within a reasonable time but shall not be liable for any damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise for failure to fill orders or delays in delivery.

Stock Balancing

Trimex Marketing Inc. is pleased to offer stock balancing of up to 100% of purchases within a 60 day rolling window. To qualify for stock balancing the following criteria must be met:

• Products must be purchased from Trimex Marketing Inc. and within 60 days
• Products must still be carried by Trimex Marketing Inc. at the time they are returned.
• All products must be in original resellable packaging with all accompanying documentation and accessories.
• Products must be returned freight prepaid.
• The amount credited will be the lesser of purchase price or current price.

Trimex Marketing reserves the right to refuse credit and return product back to the customer or charge a minimum restocking fee of 15% for items that do not meet these criteria.

Warranty and DOA Return Policy
In most cases we will credit any products that prove to be defective and is returned to us within the specific warranty period from the invoice date. Defective products must be returned freight PREPAID, in the manufacturer's original packaging and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product, including cables, software, manuals, etc. Credit will be applied to the customer's account. Cash refunds will not be given.

Please display RMA number clearly on the shipping label. Items shipped collect or without an RMA number will be refused or returned.

In the event products are returned as defective and are in working condition there will be a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Be sure to obtain an RMA number from our returns department before you return any defective product. Please note that you must provide serial numbers and invoice numbers before an RMA number can be issued.

Certain manufacturers may require that all defective products be returned to them directly for repair or replacement.
